WINONA LAKE - The Town Council gave the town residents an early Christmas present this morning: No increase in sewage fees for 2000.
The council unanimously approved keeping the waste water rates at $31 per month for next year.
In other business, the council approved advertising for bids on several sanitary sewer improvement projects in the vicinity of 2nd through 4th street alleys and at 11th and College streets.
