Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lavon Wood requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit an accessory building on a non owner occupied lot on his or her property which is located near 1311 Park Ave., more particularly described as follows:
Parcel ID 0006 071 336 Stp E Grace Ave & Adj to lots 161 & 163 Winona Park less stp 16x30'.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 18th day of December, 2017 at 9:00 am. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
