Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Heather Williams requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a single family rental on her property which is located at 2017 14th, Winona Lake. More particularly described as follows:
Lot 710 Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 4th day of June, 2018 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
