Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Bruce Barlow on behalf of Jacob Sweatland requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit sewer service for a carriage house (garage below, with apartment above) to be built on the proeprty. A variance is also being requested to allow rental o the carriage house, up to 2 tenants, during the remainder of Maj. Sweatland's military service, after which time the Sweatland's will reside at 1112 Chestnut on his or her property which is located at 1112 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, more particularly described as follows:
Lots numbered 101, 102, and 103 in the original plat of Winona Park, now the incorporated town of Winona Lake, as described in the plat of said park, recorded in the recorder's office of said Kosciusko County.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of February, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
