Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Misty Silveus requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Tri Plex (3 unit apartment) on her property which is located at 207 15th St., Winona Lake, more particularly described as follows:
006 071 123 Lot 737 Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of February, 2019 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
