Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Tara Silveus requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit an Air BNB facility at 2303 Western on her property which is located at 2303 Western, more particularly described as follows:
006 111 139 Lot B Southtown Shores 10th Add.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of February, 2019 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
