Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Misty Silveus requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning ordinance, which would permit an Air BNB Rental on her property which is located at #22 Trailside Dr., more particularly described as follows:
006 111 151 Lots 11 & 12 Wooded Hills.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of November, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
