Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Liska Shilling requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a Duplex Apartment on her property which is located at 1701 Poplar St, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 829 and 830 Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 30th day of July, 2018 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
