Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Bruce Shaffner requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit an undersize lot of +/- 8000 sf at 2300 Winona Ave., on property which is located at 2300 Winona Ave., more particularly described as follows:
Lot 1 Lemons Brailler Add., 006-073-006.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday 6th day of November, 2017 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
