The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of May, 2021 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
