Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Jeremy Porter requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a duplex apartment on his property which is located 411 Wooster Rd., More particularly described as follws:
006 070 014, Lot 23 Farmstead Add.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of November, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
