Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by David Porter requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit lot coverage and rear yard setback variance on his proerpty which is located at 203 Auditorium Blvd., more particularly described as follows:
Lot 34 & 35 1st Amend & Add Pl To Winona Lake.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of June, 2017 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
