Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Mark Pohl requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit continuation a rental unit rental at 307 14th Street on his property which is located at 307 14th Street. More particularly described as follows:
Lot 705 and 706 Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of April, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
