Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Plaggemars prop LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit construction of an existing rental on their property which is located at 309 Auditorium Blvd., more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 27th day of July, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
