NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Roger Peachey requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit lot coverage, front yard setback and side yard setback variances on his property which is located at 1107 Court Street, more particularly described as follows: Lot 38 1st AMD & ADD Winona Park. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 29th day of August, 2016 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
