Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Ken Nisly requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a single family rental on his property which is located at 215 S. Union Dr. more particularly described as follws:
006 110 078 Lot 96 5th and & Add Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of Sept., 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
