NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by National Fellowship of Brethren Retirement Homes, Inc. requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit garden apartments in an institutional district on property located at 1300 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Part of the East One-half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range Six (6) East, lying South of the center line of the Wooster Road, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said Section, Township and Range, with the center line of Wooster Road; thence North Seventy (70) degrees, Twenty-four (24) minutes West on the center line of said Road Five Hundred Thirty-six (536) feet; thence South One Thousand Seventy-four and 3/10 (1,074.3) feet; thence East on a line parallel with the South line of said Section to the East line of said Section; thence North on the East line of said Section to the Place of Beginning. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 15th day of June, 2015 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
