NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by National Fellowship of Brethren Retirement Homes requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit two family dwellings in a single family zoned area on their property which is located at 803 Elder Ln., 707 Elder Ln., 706 Elder Ln., 704 Elder Ln. and 1332 Wooster Road. More particularly described as follows: The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of May, 2016 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
