Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by MAH PHD, LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a duplex apartment on its property whichis located at 204 13th St. More particularly described as parcel 006-071-167.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Tuesday the 24th day of June, 2019 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
