Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Mark Horne requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit lower level of the home at 812 W. Canal St., Winona Lake to be rented on his property which is located at 812 W. Canal St., Winona Lake. More particularly described as follows:
Main level of 812 W. Canal.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of April, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
