Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Bert Goble requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit construction of a new residence on a lot between 221 and 225 Union Dr. on his property which is located between 221 and 225 Union Dr. more particularly described as follows:
Lot 91 5th AMD & Add Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday 18th day of September, 2017 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
