Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Brian & Kalyn Cumberland requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a new independent structure on an existing rental property at 1603 Poplar to be used as a rental on their property which is located at 1603 Poplar. More particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of April, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
