Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Ed Crousore requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a storage structure on a non occupied lot on his property which is located at 2906 Sandra Ln., Winona Lake, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 47 Southtown Shores 2nd Add.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of February, 2019. at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
