Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by James Bausch requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit duplex apt on his property which is located parcel 006-070-067, more particularly described as follows: SE corner 1st and Kings Highway.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of August, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
