Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Art Tec Dev LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a duplex rental unit at 1310 Chestnut on his property which is located at 1310 Chestnut St., more particularly described as follws:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of Sept., 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
