NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by James Bausch requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit 4 unit apartment building on his property which is located at 201 14th St., more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 28th day of August, 2023 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
