NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Grace Schools requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit remodel of an existing structure to be used as student housing its property which is located at 400-402 Oak Hill St., more particularly described as follws:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 22nd day of April, 2024 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
