Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Jason Alley requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit 4 chicken hens on his property which is located at 2504 Westwood Rd., more particularly described as follws:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 22nd day of July 2024 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
