NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF AUDITORIUM BOULEVARD AND ESPLANADE STREET

The Steven T. Smith Revocable Trust and The Rita A. Smith Revocable Trust
You are hereby notified that on the 19th day of June, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana, the Winona Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Robert Delp and Amy L. Delp for vacation of a portion of Auditorium Boulevard and Esplanade Street described as follows:
Beginning at the south comer of Lot 101 in First Amended and Additional Plat to Winona Lake, thence southerly, perpendicular to the north line of the right-of-way of Auditorium Boulevard 55 feet, more or less, to the south line of the right-of-way of Auditorium Boulevard, thence westerly, on and along the south line of the right-of-way of Auditorium Boulevard to the water's edge of Winona Lake, thence northwesterly, on and along the water's edge of Winona Lake to the point of intersection with the north line of Auditorium Boulevard, thence easterly on and along the north line of the right-of-way of Auditorium Boulevard to the point of beginning.
Less and excepting 10' on each side of the centerline of the pavement of Esplanade Street and Auditorium Boulevard contained within the foregoing description.
