You are hereby notified that on the 20th day of June, 2017, at 6:00 pm in the Winona Lake Town hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana, the Winona Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Butterfly HC LLC for vacation of a portion of an unlabeled parcel between 1503 Grace Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana and 1501 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana described as follows:
A rectangular parcel between the west lot lines of lots 152, 153 & 154 of Winona Lake at PT Vac Alley and East lot lines of lots 192, 191 and part of a vacate public way continuing north along said east lines to the intersecting line with the south lot line of lot 15 extended west, thence east along the south lot line of lot 155 to a point where it intersects with the west lot line of lot 154 extended north to the south line of lot 155 in the Original Plat of Winona Park, which tract is an approximate rectangle being about 20 feet east and west in width more or less and being 134 feet north and south in length more or less.
