ZIELASKO You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed with the Town Council of Winona Lake, Indiana by John W. Zielasko requesting the vacation of an alley located on his property at 114-15th Street, Winona Lake, Indiana; more particularly described as follows: Right-of-way (alley) is located between lots 753 and 754 to the north and lot 757 to the south in the original plat of Winona Park, now incorporated Town of Winona Lake, Indiana. You are further notified that the Town Council of Winona Lake, Indiana has set the petition for hearing at 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2015 at the Chambers of the Town Council, located in the Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana. Any person may appear and be heard with regard to the petition at the time, date, and place above scheduled for hearing; or may send written comments or response to the clerk-treasurer of Winona Lake, Indiana, prior to the time and date set for hearing. After hearing the petition may be granted, denied, or continued after as ordinance may be introduced and passed according to law, providing for the vacation of the right-of-way described in the notice.
