NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Town Board shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Brisa Properties LLC requesting the vacation of an alley next to 208 Chestnut St. Winona Lake, IN 46590. Said real estate is more particularly described as follows: A strip of ground between Lot 75 Original Plat of Winona Park and Lot 74 Original Plat of Winona Park, now the Incorporated Town of Winona Lake, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book I, Page 63, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana, on the 27th day of July, 2010 7:00 o'clock A.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
