NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY THE TOWN OF WINONA LAKE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Winona Lake is offering the following real estate for, sale, to-wit: Lots Numbered 67 and 68 in the Third Amended and Additional Plat of Winona Park, now the Incorporated Town of Winona Lake. Subject to all unpaid real estate taxes, easements, covenants, assessments, restrictions and streets of record. The real estate is commonly known as: 301-5th Street, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590. Key #006-070-092 The terms and conditions of sale: 1. Bids shall be in writing. Written bids shall be received beginning on the 7th day of June, 2011. 2. The bidding will continue from day to day until sold or for a period of sixty (60) days from June 7, 2011, whichever first occurs. 3. The property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under I.C. 36-1-11-16 (a person who owes delinquent taxes, special assessments, penalties, interest or costs directly attributable to a prior tax sale on a tract of real property listed under I.C. 6- 1.1-24-1, or to a person who is an agent for the foregoing described person.
