WINONA LAKE - The town council meeting scheduled for Tuesday morning will not address the vacation of Chestnut and Canal streets, Brent Wilcoxson, town council president, said Friday.
Wilcoxson said that to allow for more public input, the issue will be discussed at the council's regular meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 9 in the community building.
