Notice is hereby given that the Town of Winona Lake Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) is considering establishing a residential housing development program in a certain portion of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana (the “Town”), in accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-14-53.
Notice is further given that the Town Manager, acting on behalf of the Commission, will conduct a meeting on Monday, September 28, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. (local time), in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana, at which time those in attendance will be afforded an opportunity to learn more about the proposed residential housing development program and express their views regarding the proposed program.
