NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall
hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Brenda Wilcoxon requesting
a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit
a single family rental on his property which would permit a single family
rental on her property which is located at 707 Elder Lane, more particu -
larly described as follows:
006 067 059 Lots 14 and 15 Don Quines SD1.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on
Monday the 27th day of August, 2018 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons
are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered
if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue,
Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
