NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING To: Residents of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana and all other interested Persons Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 12th, 2011, at 6:15 p. m. the Town Council of the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana will hold a public hearing in the Council Meeting Room in the Winona Lake Town Hall located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana to consider whether the Town of Winona Lake, Indiana should dispose of the real estate of the Town located at 301 5th Street, Winona Lake, Indiana and any real estate of the Town located Adjacent to and East of Lots Numbered 530-544 in the Original Plat of Winona Park. For reference Lots 530-533 have a street address of 501 Mineral Springs, Winona Lake, Indiana. Any person may appear and be heard. Any written comments and statements upon the matter can be presented to the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town before the hearing and will be considered during the hearing. Written comments and statements may also be presented at the meeting. The Town Council in its capacity as the Works Board of the Town was appointed by the Town Council President to conduct this meeting as required and provided by IC 36-1-11-3. The Town Council may determine and make its report and recommendation to the Town Council President on the date of the hearing or at any meeting thereafter. March 22, 2010.
