WINONA LAKE - Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed replacement zoning ordinance for the town of Winona Lake.
Adoption of a replacement zoning ordinance for the town, including revised zoning regulations and development standards applicable within the jurisdiction of the town.
The hearing will be at 4 p.m. Nov. 12 at the Winona Lake Town Hall in the council chambers.
The proposed zoning ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of the clerkÂ-treasurer of the town of Winona Lake during regular business hours.
Written objections or comments concerning the proposed ordinance may be filed with the secretary of the Plan Commission prior to the hearing and will be considered by the commission. At the hearing, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed ordinance.
The hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
