NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is herby given that the Town of Winona Lake Plan Commission shall hold a Public Hearing at the Winona Lake Town Council Chambers at 4:30 p.m. April 12, 2011, on a petition filed by Bruce Woodward of Woodward Realty LP requesting a Primary Subdivision Plat of property located on the South Side of Winona Beach Road, 135 Feet East of Redwood Road in Winona Lake, Indiana, and more accurately described as follows: Part of Lot Number 104 in Flagstone Terrace Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 150, together with a part of the South half of Section 21, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, all being in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and all together being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the a rail iron post found at the Northeast corner of Lot Number 25 in said Flagstone Terrace Subdivision; thence N89°-02'-00" E , on and along the South right-of-way line of Winona Beach Road, a distance of 678.74 feet to an iron pin found at a Northwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2009081177 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence S00º07'40"W, on and along a West line of said tract of land in Document Number 2009081177, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin found at a corner of said tract of land in Document number 2009081177; thence S89º-02'-00"W, on and along the North line of said tract of land in Document number 2009081177, a distance of 331.95 feet to an iron pin found at a Northwest corner of said tract of land in Document number 2009081177; thence S00º-05'-00"W, on and along a West line of said tract of land in Document number 2009081177, distance of 410.19 feet to an iron pipe found at a Southwest corner of said tract of land in Document number 2009081177, said iron pipe also being at the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document number 2010080716 in said records; thence S01°-04'00"E, on and along a West line of said tract of land in Document number 2010080716 and on and along the Southerly projection of said West line, a distance of 54.89 feet to a Mag nail on the South line of said Lot Number 104; thence S89°-24'24"W, on and along said South line, a distance of 307.90 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" on the Southerly projection of the East line of Lots Numbered 25 through 32 in said Flagstone Terrace Subdivision; thence N03°-21'-20"W (recorded N03°-22'W), on and along said Southerly projection and on and along said East line, a distance of 663.55 feet to the true point of beginning, subject to all easements of record.
