WINONA LAKE – Winona Lake streets that will have no-parking and limited access restrictions for reconstruction and repaving include Administration Boulevard, Auditorium Boulevard and Esplanade Lane. No parking and limited access restrictions will apply Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Monday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
