NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WINONA LAKE TOWN COUNCIL KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA To the Citizens of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana: You are hereby notified that on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at 6:00 PM, the Winona Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing at the Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Avenue, regarding a petition filed by Lew G. Mackey and Shirley A. Mackey requesting the vacation of a certain "L"- shaped strip, with the longer part being a 15' wide by approximately 140' long strip of land lying to the east of Lots #19, #20, #21 and #22 and to the west of Lot #42, and the shorter part being a 15' wide by approximately 26' long strip of land lying to the south of Lot 42 and to the north of Lot 35 and a previously vacated strip; said lots being located in the Plat of the Second Amended and Additional Plat to Winona Park. Interested individuals may appear and be heard upon said petition at the hearing. j30
