NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Town Council shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lisa Ann LeMasters requesting the vacation of a rectangular parcel directly north of lot 76 and ending at the waters edge. Lot 76 is more commonly known as 303 Esplanade Street, Winona Lake, Indiana 46590. Said real estate is more particularly described as follows: A rectangular parcel measuring 40 feet in width on the southern edge, following the waters edge on the northern edge, 27.4 feet on the eastern edge and 12.5 feet on the western edge in Winona Park. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, Indiana on Tuesday the 20th day of December at 6 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
