Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Summer Avey requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit continuance of a multi-family apartment in a single family zone on his or her property which is located at 110 North Union, Winona Lake, IN and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 49 and SE pt Lot 48, 2nd Amd & Add., Winona Lake.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 28th day of August, 2017 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
