Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Ousley Construction, Inc., requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit a 3 unit apartment on it's property which is located at 1108 Chestnut, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 30, and tract E & W 14x33 Adj E end lot 30 Winona Park & Pt. Vac Alley.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of June, 2017 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
