Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Scott Kosins requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Continuation of Existing Duplex on his property which ic located at 1112 Park Avenue, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 176 1st AMD and ADD Winona Park.
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of June, 2017 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
