NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Steve Silveus and Lindsay M. Henry requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Construction of a carport or garage in a required front yard. The one story addition will be in alignment with the buildings on the adjacent property. Also the construction of an elevated deck within a sideyard setback and rearyard setback and to increase lot coverage from 30% to 42% on their property which is located at 2406 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, IN. More particularly described as follows: The west half of Lot No. 5 in Beyer Brothers Subway Addition, which is the boundary separating said Lot No. 5 from Lot No. 4 in the same addition, as recorded in plat book 1, page 78 in the Office of The Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 30th day of November, 2009 at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
