NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Steve Peoples requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit lot coverage variance from 37% to 41% on his property which is located at 411 Auditorium Blvd. More particularly described as follows: Lot 147, First Amended and Additional Plat to Winona Lake. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of November, 2014 at 8:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard.
