NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Mineral Springs, LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would two additional dwelling units within street level entrance and additional parking spaces as required on their property which is located at 307 Mineral Springs Ave., Winona Lake, IN More particularly described as follows: 006-071-067, Lots 796, 797 & 798 Winona Park. The hearing will be held at 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 28th day of November, 2011 at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
