NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Grace Schools, Inc., requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Grace to use 1812 E. Pierceton Rd., Winona Lake as student housing in an area zoned currently as single family on their property which is located at 1812 E. Pierceton Rd., Winona Lake, IN 46590 More particularly described as follows: Parcel 006-109-008. The hearing will be held at Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 25th day of June, 2012 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
