NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Chapman & Shaffner Investments, LLC requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit 208 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, IN to be put back in 2 units, as it was before, on it's property which is located at 208 Chestnut St., Winona Lake, IN 46590. More particularly described as follows: L75 & STP EL 75 & Pt Vac Public Way & 1/2 Vac Alley Between L 74 & 75 Winona Lake. The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of Monday, 2012 at 8:30 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1590 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
